In such matters, we work with planning and building departments, as well as construction and design professionals, to resolve both the property issues and any administrative proceeding or other action.  In leasing matters, TLG attorneys have worked with landlords, commercial tenants, brokers and property managers on properties ranging from offices, warehouses, retail, industrial and special-use parks, to multi-tenant residential.
